中小型水电站水轮机的磨蚀与防护

摘    要:水轮机在含沙水流中运行时,常遭到泥沙磨损和磨蚀破坏。本文主要介绍作者近年来在中小型水电站,对水轮机的易磨蚀部件进行修复、修型、改型等抗磨蚀措施方面的实践情况。通过综合治理,使水轮机出力增加,抗磨蚀性能提高。

Abstract:Hydraulic turbine of ten suffers from sediment wear and cavitation damage when inoperation. This paper mainly introduces the practical experience in carrying out repair, re-shapeand type modification of abrational parts of hydraulic turbine and the measures in resisting cavita-tion and abration, etc. Accordingly, hydraulic turbine increases its output and improves abration. through comprebensive control.
