| 摘 要： | 定义了一个多元分配函数，量化了现有分配模式，讨论了这个函数的基本性质和外部特征。指出该函数具有体现多劳多得和抑制分配不公的分配原则的基本属性，从而使收入分配问题的研究趋于合理化、科学化，便于提高劳动者的工作积极性

| Abstract: | A distribution function of multiple variables is defined to quantify the usual distribution model and the essential nature and the external featuses of the function are discussed.The function has a basic attribute,i.e. the distributing principle with the more labour the more gain and restraining the unfair distribution.Scientificness and reasonableness of the distribution is the aim of the function to improve the labour's zeal. |
