再生混凝土抗压强度及工作性能的影响因素分析

摘    要:用重量比为C20∶C30∶C35∶C40∶C45=1∶4∶3.5∶0.5∶1的混掺废弃混凝土试块制作了再生粗、细骨料,采用正交试验对比分析了水灰比、再生粗骨料取代率、再生细骨料取代率、搅拌工艺4个因素对再生混凝土抗压强度及工作性能的影响规律,并采用极差归纳了其各因素对再生混凝土抗压强度和工作性能的影响.结果表明:掺加100%再生粗骨料和50%的再生细骨料能满足C30强度等级要求及和易性要求,再生粗骨料的取代率对强度影响最明显.

Abstract:The blended waste concrete block with weight ration C20∶ C30∶ C35∶ C40∶ C45=1∶ 4∶ 3.5∶ 0.5∶ 1 is used to make recycled coarse and fine aggregate,the orthogonal experiment is adopted to analyze the influence of water-cement ratio,the recycled coarse and fine aggregate replacement ratio,and the mixing methods on the compressive strength and slump of recycled aggregate concrete;and the range analysis is used to analyze effect of above four factors to the performance of recycled aggregate concrete.The experimental results show that: 100% recycled coarse aggregate and 50% recycled fine aggregate replacement ratio meet the requirements the compressive strength and slump of C30,the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is one of the most significant factors influenced the compressive strength.
