异步电动机的温度场仿真分析

摘    要:根据异步电动机的结构特点,给出了电动机热性能参数的计算方法.应用ANSYS分析软件,建立该三相异步电动机的二维和三维有限元模型,对其进行温度场分析,得出了电动机在不同负载情况下的定、转子整体温度分布图,并对其进行分析,提出相应的改善措施.从中提取特殊点与实验数据进行比较,验证了该分析方法的合理性.

Abstract:According to the features of asynchronous motor,this paper gave the calculation methods of the motor’s thermal parameters.This paper established two-dimensional and three-dimensional finite element model of a three-phase asynchronous motor by using finite element analysis software(ANSYS),and made the analysis of the temperature field,and obtained the overall temperature distribution graph of the stator and rotor in different conditions.Then,proposed the corresponding improvement measures by analyzing the temperature fields.Extracting a special point from the temperature distribution compared with the experimental data,and verified the rationality of finite element model.
