摘    要:为了开发给水处理优良的混凝剂,分析了聚合硫酸铁的制备原理、开发生产的主要难点,在此基础上对聚合硫酸铁的生产新技术及给水处理上的应用进行了试验研究,结果表明:采用提高反应温度可加快反应速度,采用强氧化剂KClO3(或NaClO3)直接氧化法可大大提高氧化能力,且氧化产生的杂质K盐或Na盐对水质不会造成新污染.该技术解决了生产聚合硫酸铁的主要难点,开发生产的聚合硫酸铁满足性能指标,且用量少、成本低、处理效率高、适用水质的范围广.该成果对给水处理混凝剂的开发具有一定的参考价值和指导意义.

Abstract:In order to develop a better coagulant for water treatment,this study investigates the mechanism and main difficulties in producing polyferric sulphate(PFS).Based on the investigation,the study has conducted an experiment on a new technology for PFS production and its application in water treatment.The results show that the reaction temperature increase can accelerate the reaction rate;the oxidizer usage like potassium carbonate and sodium carbonate can directly improve the oxidation.There is no pollution in water treatment after the oxidation treatment which produces potassium salts and sodium salts.The technology overcomes the key difficulties in producing polyferric sulphate and meets the performance indicators.It suits for various range of raw water,with the characteristics of less dosage,low cost and high efficiency.The study result is of significance for the development of water treatment coagulant.
