| 摘 要： | 构建高校绩效评价支持系统,辅助高校绩效评价管理模式的实现.建立有效的评价指标反馈机制,以及时调整系统运行状态;采用数据仓库、联机分析处理、数据挖掘三者结合的方式构建系统,以充分利用三者的优势,提高辅助分析能力,实现系统的功能;用动态参数与基本模型相结合的方法解决系统对评价指标的动态适应性,以进一步改进系统的运行效果.

| Abstract: | The performance evaluation support system is constructed to assist university performance evaluation management pattern implementation.The effective feedbacks of the evaluation index are introduced to adjust the working status of the system duly.Data warehouse,on line analysis processing and data mining are combined in the system to make full use of their advantages and strengthen the analysis ability.The dynamic parameters are combined with the basic models to address the dynamic suitability of the system and improve further the effectiveness of the system. |
