大屯徐庄煤矿井下紧急避险系统的构建

摘    要:提出以紧急避险设施为基础的煤矿新型紧急避险系统,给出了紧急避险系统构建的依据及其原则,通过在井下布置避难硐室、救生舱与矿井各系统结合形成煤矿安全避险系统,可在事故中为被困作业人员提供应急避难空间,降低煤矿事故死亡率.以大屯徐庄煤矿为实例进行紧急避险系统构建的研究,指出避难硐室、救生舱在矿井实际条件中的设置方法,为国内煤矿紧急避险系统构建提出指导性依据.

Abstract:The new coalmine emergency system based on emergency facilities,and the construction principles for emergency system were recommended.By equipping with refuge stations and refuge chambers and being integrated into the other systems in mines,the coalmine safety refuge system can offer emergency refuge space for the trapped coalminers and protect them from harm in mine accidents.A case study on emergency system establishment in Xu zhuang coalmine of Da Tun was presented,the design method in mining practice conditions were pointed out which provides guidance for the construction of new mine safety protection system.
