| 摘 要： | 研究面向单个云的虚拟机群,以最小化任务响应时间和资源损耗代价为优化目标,提出基于遗传算法的负载均衡优化算法.所提算法实现了自适应的变异概率,并且可以根据用户任务的实际需求动态地调整系统响应时间和资源损耗在整个优化过程中所占的比重.模拟仿真结果表明,该算法不仅能够满足用户需求,而且能够获得较高的资源利用率.

| Abstract: | In this paper,how to minimize task response time and resources loss cost of virtual machines in a single cloud is considered and a load balancing optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed.In the proposed algorithm,we design the adaptive mutation probability,and dynamic adjust the proportion of response time and resource depletion in the whole optimizing process according to the actual needs of user tasks.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can not only satisfy customer needs,but also can be able to get higher resources utilization. |
