桂枝芍药知母汤联合中医护理治疗痛风性关节炎的临床研究

目的研究桂枝芍药知母汤与中医护理结合治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法符合中医痛风性关节炎湿热蕴结型40例患者随机分为中医组和对照组(各20例)。对照组给予秋水仙碱口服,按常规护理处理;治疗组给予患者服用桂枝芍药知母汤,在常规护理基础上结合中医护理。两组疗程均为四周,观察其治疗前、后炎症因子(CRP、ESR)水平、血尿酸(UA)水平以及关节疼痛视觉模拟评分。结果两组总疗效进行对比,桂枝芍药知母汤组优于对照组,疗效明显有统计学意义(P 0.05)。治疗前后比较,两组患者CPR、ESR、UA相关临床症状均有显著改善,差异有显著统计学意义(P 0.01)。结论桂枝芍药知母汤联合中医护理治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎疗效显著,优于秋水仙碱;在降低相关实验性炎性指标疗效确切。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF GUIZHI SHAOYAO ZHIMU DECOCTION COMBINED WITH NURSING OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE ON TREATING GOUTY ARTHRITIS

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined with nursing of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods: Forty patients diagnosed as TCM dampness and heat accumulation gouty arthritis were randomly divided into TCM group and control group (20 cases each). The control group was given with oral colchicine, according to routine care treatment; the treatment group was given with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined with TCM nursing on the basis of routine care. The two groups were treated for four weeks. The levels of inflammatory cytokines (CRP, ESR), serum uric acid (UA) and visual analogue score of joint pain before and after treatment were observed.Results: The overall efficacy of the two groups were compared, Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction group had significant better efficacy than the control group (P < 0.05). Before and after treatment, CPR, ESR, UA related to clinical symptoms were significantly improved in both groups and there was significant difference between them (P < 0.01).Conclusion: Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction combined TCM nursing had significant effect against damp-heat accumulation of gouty arthritis, superior to colchicines, and had curative effect in reducing the relevant experimental inflammatory indicators.
