摘    要:以辣根为实验材料,研究不同浓度的La对辣根光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素含量(Chl)、过氧化物酶活性(POD)和丙二醛含量(MDA)的影响。结果表明:低浓度La对辣根的生长有一定的促进作用,高浓度La则出现抑制作用。表现为Pn和Chl显著(P<0.005)增加,POD活性和MDA含量显著(P<0.005)下降,且均在20mg/L处出现最值。La对辣根的临界浓度为20mg/L。表2,参16。

Abstract:Effects of lanthanum on photosynthetic rate(Pn),chlorophyll content (Chl),the activity of peroxidase(POD),the content of malony dialdehyde(MDA) of Horseradish were studied in this experiment.The results showed that the growth of Horseradish could be improved by low concentration lanthanum.Pn and Chl were significant increased.POD and MDA were significant reduced.The most value appears at 20mg/L.The critical concentration of lanthanum to Horseradish was suggested to be 20 mg/L.
