镍基碳化钨高温磨损特性的研究

摘    要:本文用不同碳化钨含量的镍基自熔合金粉末喷焊层的试样,进行扫描电镜形貌观察和X光衍射分析,同时进行了高温磨粒磨损试验,试验结果发现粉末中碳化钨的含量对喷焊层的磨损特性及组织结构有重要的影响,其中以35%碳化钨喷焊层的高温耐磨性最佳.

Abstract:The morphology and structure of specimens with flame spray welding coating of nickel-based self-fluxing alloy with different tungsten carbide contents were observed and analyzed by SEM and X-ray diffraction, respectively. An abrasive wear test at high temperature has also been performed. It has been found that with an increase in the content of tungsten-carbide the pattern of wear was changed from microcutting into brittle failure and flake-off of the carbide. On the other hand, with an increase in the content of tungsten carbide the wearing resistance at high temperature was also changed and the coating with a content of 35% WC is shown to have best resistance.
