摘    要:研究了测定淀粉水解DE值的分光光度法,对该法的测定原理、测定条件、结果的准确度等作了系统的实验研究,并经在线检验的验证.结果证明,该法操作简单、快速、成本低、测量范围广,重现性好,具有广泛的推广价值。

Abstract:The experiment found a spectrophotometry for determination of starch hydrolysis -DE equivalent.This researching work included not only abtaining the principle. conditions of measurement and verifying the accurate of the results in lab., but also testing in production line. The results show that the Ce (IV) test is simple. rapid and inexpensive. It can be used both in routine analySis of production and research work.
