我国教师主观幸福感影响因素研究述评

摘    要:教师主观幸福感是衡量教师心理状态与生活质量的重要因素。在研究我国教师主观幸福感的影响因素方面,国内研究者多从人口统计学变量、教师的社会支持、教师的人格以及教师的自我意识等方面进行探讨。本文述评了我国对教师主观幸福感影响因素的研究成果,在此基础上,指出了已有研究存在的问题,展望了将来的研究方向。

Abstract:Teachers' Subjective Well-being is an important measurement factor of teachers' state of psychology and the quality of life. Studying the influence factors of teachers' Subjective Well-being, domestic researchers also investigate from demography variables,teacher's society support,teacher's personality as well as teacher's self-consciousness and so on.This article comments research achievements on the influence factors of teachers' Subjective Well-Being in China, Based on this, it pointes out the questions of existent researches,and forecasts the direction of future research.
