摘    要:为提高6E160柴油机的可靠性,采用三维有限元分析的 方法对活塞、活塞环、气缸套和活塞销进行了组合分析,对活塞组进行了机械负荷和热负荷的耦合分析,计算了活塞的温度场和耦合应力场,以深入了解 活塞的热负荷状态及综合应力分布情况,进而为完成降低热负荷、改善应力分布的改进设计和进一步强化奠定理论基础,为提高温度场的分析精度,采用了活塞组-缸套耦合模型进行分析,计算结果与实测值吻合很好。

Abstract:In order to promote the reliability of 6E160 type of two stroke diesel engine, the three dimensional finite element analysis is processed upon the assembly of the piston, rings, cylinder and pin of this engine. The analyses include thermal analysis and structural analysis; and the results of coupled field analyses are presented, such as temperature field and stress field. Through the analyses, the status of thermal load and combined stress is cleared, and so, based on the results of analyses, the improving measures to reduce the thermal load as well as the combined stress can be adopted. To enhance the precision of computation on temperature field, the coupled model of piston, rings and cylinder is introduced; and the results agree well with the data of denoted experimental measurement.
