| 摘 要： | 目的：综述系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）治疗方面的进展，以指导临床实践。方法：对近年来国内外在SLE治疗方面的研究资料和文献进行综合分析。结果：近年来对SLE的治疗有很多新的进展，新的治疗手段不断应用于临床，特别是某些新型免疫抑制剂对重症SLE显示出较好的疗效。结论：对于SLE患者，早期诊断及早期合理用药是治疗成功的关键，某些新型免疫抑制剂的使用将使患者的预后得到明显的改善。

| Abstract: | Objective: To review the progress in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),in order to guide clinical practice.Methods: To summarize the therapies of systemic lupus erythematosus in recent years.Results: There was much progress of SLE,s treatment in recent years,and new therapies were clinically applied,especially in the application of new immunosuppressant.Conclusion: The early correct diagnosis and treatment were the keys to the successful treatment of SLE.The prognosis of patients would be improved when the new immunsupressant was used. |
