基于逻辑框架法的政府网站绩效评估研究

本文通过逻辑框架法,对政府网站"百件实事网上办"活动的评估进行分解、抽象,概括出包含宏观目标、具体目的、产出成果和投入的四个层次,归纳了政府网站"百件实事网上办"活动的目标及其因果关系。以这四个层次形成了基本的逻辑框架,通过分析其中三个垂直逻辑关系和水平逻辑关系,建立了二级层次结构的评估框架体系。

The Research of Government Websites Performance Evaluation based on Logical Framework Approach

The author analyzes the evaluation of ＂Convenient online services＂ on the government websites with the logical framework approach, and summarizes its four levels： macro objectives, specific objectives, output and input, then sums up the objectives and causality of this activity. And then the author forms a basic logical frame work based on the four levels, establishes a two-level structure of the assessment framework, by analyzing three vertical logic relations and a horizontal logic relation.
