加工任务指示输入及其原理

摘    要:在数控机床上完成切削加工过程,首先要输入必需的加工信息,寻求直观而高效的输入方法是发展数控技术的重要方面。加工任务指示输入是依据机械加工人员的操作习惯而设计的加工程序自动生成方法。CNC机床操作人员用加工任务指示器指示机床的运动部件和刀具,在完成加工过程空运转及试切的同时自动生成数控码。用这种方法,不掌握数控编程原理的操作者也可完成加工程序准备工作。本文论述了实现这种方法的微处理机系统的构成:起点、方向、轨迹、速度、终点参数的生成与处理的原理;本方法与其他方法的比较。

Abstract:Inputting necessary machining information is the first step of machining process on a CNC machine tool.And seeking for less complicated and more efficient input methods is a vital aspect of the development of NC technique.Machining Task Indicative Input is an automatic generating technique designed according to the operator's usual practice.The CNC machine tool operator controls the moveable parts of machine tools and cutting tools,and the indicator will automatically generate NC codes at the same time of finishing the idle motion and test cutting.In this way,operators who do not know the NC coding principle can also complete the work of machining programming.This paper consists of three main parts as follows.Point one:it describes the composing of the micro-processor system which can bring the method mentioned into effect.Point two:it gives the obtaining and Processing theorem of starting point parameters,,direction parameters,velocity parameters and ending point parameters.Point three:it presents a comparison betwecn the method mentioned and other methods.
