摘    要:本文报道了太行山猕猴染色体组型的观察,并根据测试数据经统计分析,绘出染色体组型图及其相对长度、臂比指数和置信限。结果证明太行山猕猴和其它地区的猕猴,在染色体组型上无明显差异。

Abstract:In this article, the karyotype analysis of Macaca mulatta (Rhesus monkey) is studied. The diploidchromosme number of this species is 42 in both sexes. The sex is determined by Specific sex chromo-some, i.e. the male is XY and the female is XX. The 20 Pairs of autosomes consist of metacentricchromosomes and submetacentric chromosomes. The marker chromosomes with deep secondary constrie-tions near the centromere are shown as the last autosomal pair. Table Ⅱ lists the results obtainedineluding the relative length and arm ratio of chromosome. The X Chromosome is mecentratic. The Y Chromosome is the smallest element of the complement.
