| 摘 要： | 真空灭弧室内存在两种声发射现象，一种是断路器在开断或关合电路时产生的电弧声发射，另一种是真空度降低到一定程度后，电极对屏蔽罩放电激发的声发射波，探讨了利用这两种声发射波进行真空断路器真空度在线检测的可能性，分析及实验结果显示利用电极对屏蔽罩放电声发射原理在线检测真空度是一个可行的方法。

| Abstract: | There are two acoustic emissions in vacuum breaker. One is the acoustic emission from arc electrodes when circuit is cut off or switched on; another is the acoustic emission from discharge between electrode and shielding case when the vacuum has fallen. The probability of on-line monitoring vacuum of vacuum breaker with the two acoustic emissions is researched. The analytical and experimental results show that the second method is feasible. |
