| 摘 要： | 该文简要论述了天波后向散射超视距雷达的特点；讨论了目标的高频能量特性、外部噪声和不利的传播效应等环境因素对天波超视距雷达的影响；并根据设计经验、相关研究和雷达试验给出了雷达设计中的一些基本原则和针对这些环境因素的相应对策。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of the sky wave over the horizon back scatter (OTH B) radar are simply introduced. The effects of some environmental factors on the OTH B radar, for example, the target energy property in high frequency, outside noise and unfavorable ionosphere propagation, are discussed. And according to the design experiences, concerned researches and radar tests, some radar design principles and solutions for the environment factors are given. |
