双精度数字散斑振动测量系统

摘    要:给出了一种双精度数字散班振动测量系统。该系统结合了普通数字散斑离面振动测量光路和退敏感光路,可以对物体的振动进行高精度和低精度2次测量,并利用低精度的测量结果对高精度的测量结果进行相位去包裹。由于这种去包裹方法是各点独立进行的,使得该系统可以测量工程实际中复杂的非连续体的振动。

Abstract:High/low precision digital speckle pattern interferometry (DSPI) is proposed for measuring vibration. The system combines the common DSPI optical path for measuring out plane vibration and the de sensitized optical path. High and low precision measurements are made such that the wrapped phase map obtained with high precision can be unwrapped according to that for the low precision. Effectiveness of the unwrapping procedure at the discontinuous area made it possible to analyze the vibration characteristics of complex and discontinuous structure for engineering application.
