| 摘 要： | 研究了16个基因型的葡萄在建立快繁无性系时不同取材时间及激素配比的影响：取材时间与试管苗的污染率、成苗率密切相关；生长势强的欧亚种明显优于欧美种，欧美种葡萄在初代培养时加入0．02mg／1的6-BA可提高约20％的成苗率。

| Abstract: | We studied the affects of different Sample time and hormone ratios on the sixteen geno - type grapes when setting up a fast -reproduce asexual Lines.The results are: The sample time is closely related to contaminative rates of tube seedlings and seedling rates; strong - growth species of Euro - Asian are prior to Euro - Amercian . The seedling rates of Ewro - American species can be increased by 20% if we add 0.02mg/L6 - BA at the beginning of the cultiuation. |
