摘    要:文章把评价教学效果的着眼点放在学生的如何学和学得如何两个方面,如果学生的积极性没有调动起来,一堂课后学生收获寥寥,教师教学艺术再好,我们也不能说这堂课教师的教学效果好。因此,学生学习良好的效果是我们改革的源泉。

Abstract:How does the article place the appraisal teaching effect's objective point the studentto studyandstudies howtwo aspects,if student's enthusiasm has not transferred,after a hall class,the student harvests very few,teacher teaching art is again good,we cannot say that this hall class teacher's teaching effect is good.Therefore,the student studies the fountainhead which the good effect is we reforms.
