| 摘 要： | 2-(2,3,4,-三甲氧基苯基)吲哚(1)及2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)吲哚(2)与甲醛及仲胺反应生成了相应的Mannich碱(1a-1e,2a-2e).吲哚(1,2)与伯胺反应生成了相应的双吲哚Mannich碱(1f-1g,2f-2g).这此吲哚Mannich碱的质谱有许多共性.

| Abstract: | 2-(2,3,4-trimethoxyphenyl) indole (1) and 2-(3,4,5-trihiethoxyphenyl) indole (2) reacted with formaldehyde and secondary amines to give the corresponding Mannich bases (la-le, and 2a-2e), respectively, When the above indoles (1 and 2) reacted with primary amines, bis-indole Mannich bases (1f-1g, 2f-2g) were obtained. The mass spectrum of these Mannich bases was discussed. |
