| 摘 要： | 应用周期折射率介质光波导的模场分布函数和特征方程，分析了ＧａＡｓ／ＡｌＧａＡｓ周期折射率光波导中波导的材料参量和结构参量对ＴＥ模场分布的影响，并讨论了ＴＥ＿０表面基摸的形成。

| Abstract: | In terms of the mode field distribution function and the mode eigenvalue equation,the ef-fects of some guided material and structural parameters on the TE mode field distributions are ana-lyzed,and the formation of the optical surface waves of the TE_0 fundamental mode is discussed forGaAs/AlGaAs periodic refractive index waveguides. |
