| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了技术跨越的定义和本质,并结合后发国家的情况论述了技术跨越实现的标志以及在跨越实现过程中的三个技术创新发展阶段,进一步分析了国家(地区)技术整体跨越能力特征,以及国家制度、技术、资金、人才等方面政策重点。

| Abstract: | The paper expands the definition and essence of technological spanning.This paper discusses the sign of technological spanning realization and stages of technological innovation development combining with the situation of latter-developing countries.It also analyzes the characteristic of nation(region)technological spanning and the emphasis on some policies,such as nation's system,technology,capital,human resources and so on. |
