| 摘 要： | 按体积比将20%的橡胶籽油生物柴油与80%的-10#柴油混合配制了B20生物柴油，12150ZL型涡轮增压柴油机和福田风景BT6516B1DBA型面包柴油车上研究了燃用B20时的外特性、负荷特性、万有特性以及自由加速烟度与排放特性。结果表明，与燃用-10#柴油相比，柴油机燃用B20时燃油消耗升幅不高于1.7%，而功率和转矩分别升高0.16%～1.16%和0.07%～1.17%，最大爆发压力变化不大，并且排气温度和烟度值均有所降低。燃用B20有助于降低污染物排放，与燃用-10#柴油相比，自由加速烟度的净化率达15.79%。

| Abstract: | Engine performance tests,including external,load and universal characteristics as well as smoke at free acceleration and pollutant emission were carried out on a 12150ZL turbo diesel engine and a BT6516B1DBA Futian-Fengjing microbus fuelled with B20(a blend of 20% rubber seed oil biodiesel and 80%-10# diesel).The results showed that the specific fuel consumption of the engine fuelled with B20 was increased by a maximum of 1.7%,compared with-10# diesel.The power and the torque were increased by 0.16%-1.16% a... |
