应用Maple软件计算汽液平衡常数

摘    要:在Maple平台上先利用Virial方程计算甲醇一水二元体系的汽相逸度系数;然后分别用Margules方程、VanLaar方程、Wilson方程、NRTL方程以及UNIFAC模型计算该体系的液相活度系数。对运用该软件计算所得的汽液平衡常数(K)与实验测定值进行比较后发现,利用不同活度系数方程计算所得结果差异不大;使用该软件能提高计算精度与准确性;建立该软件的运算程序后可用于有关工程计算。

Abstract:Based on the two-term Virial equation, the fugacity coefficients of methanol and water in the vapor phase of the binary system of methanol-water were first calculated respectively by application of the software of Maple ;then the activity coefficients of methanol and water in the liquid phase of the system were given respectively by equations of Margules, Van Laar, Wilson, NRTL and UNIFAC. Comparisons of the computed vapor-liquid equilibrium ratios (K) with the ones obtained by experiments showed that the difference of the computed K values was negligible with the above equations solved respectively ; and also it was proven that the application of the software could improve the precision and accuracy of the calculations, and be helpful for certain engineering computations.
