高速转子轴承系统稳定性的试验研究

摘    要:采用试验模态分析法对高速转子轴承系统稳定性进行分析.该分析方法是以一脉冲力激振转子系统时,同步采集系统的响应信息,并根据其响应信息中含有的自由振动信号,用对数衰减率判据评定转子系统的稳定性.结果表明:在远离激振点处激发出的自由振动信号仅含有系统的最低阶模态,界限状态下系统的阻尼有促使系统趋于稳定的作用.

Abstract:The stability of high speed rotor bearing system is analysed by means of experimental modal analysis method.By this method,the information of system are synchronously sampled while rotor system is excited by a pulse force and,then,the stability of rotor system is evaluated by the criterion of logarithmic attenuation ratio according to the free vibration signals included within response information.The result shows that the excited free vibration response signals at the places far from exciting spots include only the lowest order mode and the system damping in critical condition tends to make the system stable.
