摘    要:根据样本分类与样件设计的需要,提出了一种面向有序对象的分类与样件设设计新方法(OCD方法-Ordered-object oriented classification and design for sample workpiece method)。该方法借鉴了神经网络理论、模糊聚类算法和自适应模式识别法的优点,自动完成样本的分类与样件设计工作。简要叙述了OCD方法的产生背景,详细讨论了该方法的基本原理、工作步骤和主要特点。

Abstract:To classify and design the sample workpiece for process planning, the author puts forward a new method - an Ordered-Object Oriented classification andsample workpiece design method (OCD method). Based on the theory of neural networks, fuzzy clustering algorithm and adaptive pattern recognition, the method can be used to classify and design the sample workpiece automatically. The background of the method is reviewed briefly, the basic theory, the process and characters of the method is described in detail.
