微生态制剂对凡纳滨对虾生长及水质的影响

摘    要:以初始体质量4.5±0.1 g的凡纳滨对虾为研究对象,探讨了几种微生态制剂添加到饲料中和直接添加到养殖水体中对凡纳滨对虾生长和水质的影响。使用微生态制剂是乳酸芽孢菌、地衣芽孢杆菌:枯草芽孢杆菌(1:1)和复合菌虾乐333,添加饲料的剂量均为1‰,添加水体的量0.5 g/200 L。实验设7个处理,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复放养25尾对虾,实验周期是4周,温度为(28±5)℃,盐度5‰。试验开始后,每隔3 d测定水体的pH、氨氮和亚硝酸盐。实验结果表明:微生态制剂添加到饲料中或直接添加到水中都能促进对虾的生长,降低饵料系数(P<0.05),而添加到水中的实验组比添加到饲料中的实验组生长效果更显著。实验组的pH、氨氮和亚硝酸盐比对照组都有降低的趋势,其中pH和亚硝酸盐在试验后期有显著性差异(P<0.05),而各添加组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。
