咬合异常实验动物模型的研究进展

摘    要:摘要: 咬合异常与颞下颌关节病、咀嚼肌及口颌系统功能紊乱有密切关系,其实验动物模型建立有助于探讨疾病的 病因机制、治疗方法的比较及治疗效果等方面的研究。本文将根据相似性、重复性、可靠性、适用性、经济性等原则 就不同咬合异常动物模型的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Disordered occlusion was significantly related to temporomandibular joint diease, masticatory muscle and stomatognathic system dysfunction. The establishment of the experimental animal model will contribute to explore the mechanism of disease, the comparison of treatment and the therapeutic effect. This article will make a review of the disordered occlusion animal modle according to the principle of similarity, repeatability, reliability, applicability and economy.
