| Abstract: | Disordered occlusion was significantly related to temporomandibular joint diease, masticatory muscle and stomatognathic system dysfunction. The establishment of the experimental animal model will contribute to explore the mechanism of disease, the comparison of treatment and the therapeutic effect. This article will make a review of the disordered occlusion animal modle according to the principle of similarity, repeatability, reliability, applicability and economy. |
