磁性固体超强酸催化合成乳酸异戊酯的研究

摘    要:利用磁性对固体超强酸组装,制备出磁性SO4^2-/ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂,应用于合成乳酸异戊酯的反应中,最佳反应条件为:乳酸0.1mol,异戊醇0.25mol,磁性催化剂1.7g,反应时间2.5h,酯化率可达95.6%.利用催化剂的磁性可将催化剂迅速分离,回收率达84.3%,并能重复使用.

Abstract:Magnetic solid superacids SO4^2-/ZrO2 was prepared by chemical modificating on solid superacids. It was used as catalyst in the esterification reaction. The yield of esterification achieved 95.6 % with lactic acid 0. lmol, isoamyl alcohol 0.25mol, magnetic solid superacids 1.7g and reaction tiem 2.5h. The catalyst could be isolated from other matters by its magnetism. And the recycle percentage was 84.5 %.
