| Abstract: | The functions of library under the network environment are integration of the functions of virtual library and reality library. This paper introduces the basic features and functions of library under the network environment, puts forward developmental countermeasures of library under the network environment such as perfecting service mode, strengthening co-construction and sharing of literature resources, establishing characteristic collection literature, improving the quality of the professional personnel in library, etc. |
