| Abstract: | Based on the industrial competitiveness, this paper proposes a specification for measuring the competitiveness of IC design industry and the related factors. Assessment on these factors is made and degrees of importance are determined using an analytic hierarchy process. The competitiveness of Shanghai's IC design industry is analyzed based upon the theory. |
