春节前后非体育专业大学生体质变化的研究

应用 ,实验法、问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法 ;对非体育专业学生春节前后体质变化进行分析研究 ,为体育教学改革与全民健身计划提供数据和理论依据 ;分析结果表明 :非体育专业男生最大吸氧量、握力显著降低 ,而其他指标没有太大的差异 ;非体育专业女大学各项指标均无显著差异 ;其结论为非体育专业男大学生最大吸氧量的降低主要与运动有关 ,女生各项指标无显著性差异主要因平时运动较少 ,春节期间生活规律基本保持正常 ;为减少春节对体质的负面影响 ,非体育专业学生则应主要注意自觉地参加体育锻炼。

The study on the variety of the non-physical education undergraduate's constitution states after Spring Festival

experimentation, questionnaire and documentation; Objective The study was to provide data and theory evidence for the teaching innovation and National Fitness program by studying the variety of the non-physical education undergraduate's constitution states after Spring Festival; Results The VO 2max and grip strength of non-physical education undergraduate male decreased obviously, the other index did not change obviously after Spring Festival. Every index of non-physical education undergraduate female did not change obviously after Spring Festival. Conclusion The decrease of non-physical education undergraduate male's VO 2max was mostly related on exercise, and Every index of non-physical education undergraduate female did not change obviously after Spring Festival for little exercise in the spare time and live orderliness basically did not change. Non-physical education undergraduate should pay attention to maintenance moderate exercise to reduce Spring Festival's negative effects.
