| 摘 要： | 结合工业的产业特征构建了区域工业发展水平评价指标体系,并对区域工业发展水平评价算法进行了深入地分析和研究,以此为基础开发了区域工业发展水平评价软件RIDA,运用该软件对全国29个省市工业的基础数据进行了分析和处理,得到了其工业发展水平评价的综合结果,为制定各省市工业发展规划提供了重要的科学依据.

| Abstract: | With the discussion of the characteristics of industrial structure,the article brings forward the appraisal system and makes further research on the algorithm of regional industry develomental level,based on which the software RIDA is explored for the assessment and procession of data concerning twenty-nine provinces' industries.Comprehensive results are thus achieved to function as scientific premises for the industry development planning. |
