摘    要:提出了一种新的圆度误差和圆柱度误差数据处理方法,建立了相应的误差数据处理优化数学模型。利用Matlab强大的优化计算功能,迅速、准确地求出圆度和圆柱度误差值。该圆度和圆柱度误差评定方法按照最小包容区域法建立,不需要使用判别准则确定。本方法尤其适用于密集测量点的数据处理。

Abstract:This article puts forward a new measurement of departures from roundness and cylindricity.An optimal mathematical model for departure calculation is established respectively.The value of form error is calculated rapidly and precisely by the powerful and optimal calculation function of Matlab.The solution of departure from roundness and cylindricity is established according to minimum enveloping zone without being confirmed by distinction rule.It is applied to data processing for dense measurement point especially.
