甲基环己基次膦酸铝/环氧树脂复合材料的热分解过程分析

摘    要:采用热失重分析(TG)研究了甲基环己基次膦酸铝/环氧树脂(A(lMHP)/EP)阻燃复合材料的热稳定性,并通过理论计算探讨了热分解过程中组分之间的相互作用,采用红外光谱法(FTIR)对其分解产物进行了分析。研究结果表明:A(lMHP)的存在导致EP的起始分解温度向低温移动,但降低了分解速率,增加了成炭率。FTIR结果表明分解产物富含碳、磷元素。这些含碳和磷的化合物对于提高聚合物的热稳定性具有积极作用。

Abstract:Thermal decomposition of aluminum methyl cyclohexyl hypophosphite(Al(MHP)) filled epoxy(EP)composite were investigated with thermogravimetric analyses(TG)and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The interaction between component during thermal decom position process was explored with theoretical arithmetic,adopted FTIR to analyse the product of de composition.Results show that adding Al(MHP)into EP causes the initial decomposition tempera ture of composite shifting to the lower temperature,but results in a decrease of degradation rate and an increase of carbon forming.FTIR results show the residues are rich in C and P element,The com pound with C and P are beneficial for the thermal stability of the composite.
