摘    要:采用角重叠理论的方法,计算了三棱柱和八面体以及介于两者之间配体场的d轨道分裂后的能级,由此解释了造成JahnTeller效应的原因是键角的变化,而非键长的变化

Abstract:The d orbital energy levels in triprismatic and octahedral coordinate structures and the intermediate states between triprismatic and octahedral coordinate structures have been calculated by using Angular Overlap Model (AOM). The results explain that it is possible that the variations of the bond angle, not bond length, accounts for Jahn Teller Effect.
