摘    要:用有限元法,借助电子计算机,分析某典型特种铸钢件内的温度场分布与凝固过 程,揭示了树脂砂条件下热裂的形成机理。应用计算机温度场分析和彩色图像计算机模 拟凝固技术,改进铸造工艺,使工厂生产中严重的热裂报废问题得到解决.

Abstract:This paper describes the temperature fields and solidification process in armoured steel castings under all kinds of conditions. By using the finite element method and graphic technology with the aid of computer, the formation mechanism of hot tearing of castings with resin bonded sand cores has been revealed. Different casting tests were simulated with the aid of CAD technique and the results were used in foundry to remedy the serious cracking scrap problems and to produce high-quality castings.
