溶氧对齐口裂腹鱼幼鱼呼吸代谢的影响

摘    要:以中国地质公园(神农架)野生动物繁育基地提供的齐口裂腹鱼(SchiZOthornzprenanti)幼鱼(体长15.O~18.6cm,体质量44.0~76.6g)为研究对象,采用自制呼吸代谢测定装置,研究了溶氧(Dissolvedoxygen,DO)对齐口裂腹鱼幼鱼呼吸代谢的影响.结果表明:1)25℃时齐口裂腹鱼窒息点为(0.57±0.03)mg/L;2)运用FishLSDTest检验得溶氧对耗氧率有显著影响(P<0.05),溶氧和耗氧率的非线性回归方程为:MO2=268.24—300.24×e-1(Re=0.965),从高溶氧开始,随溶氧下降,齐口裂腹鱼耗氧率首先维持平稳,然后缓慢降低,最后快速降低直至窒息点,因此齐口裂腹鱼为氧调节型鱼类,临界溶氧浓度为(2.5±0.5)mg/L;3)齐口裂腹鱼维持耗氧率稳定(或称耐低氧能力)参数K1/K2为0.82.研究为鱼类养殖和运输提供理论依据.

Abstract:The effect of dissolved oxygen of respiratory metabolism of juvenile Schizothorax prenanti (Body length: 15.0-18.6 cm, body mass- 44.0-76.6 g) which are provided by a wild animal breeding base in the National Geopark in Shennongjia, China, are studied in respiratory metabolism equipment. The results indicate: (1) The suffocation point of Schizothorax prenanti is (0.57±0.03) mg/L at 25℃ (2) The effect of dissolved oxygen on oxygen consumption rate is significant (P〈0.05) based on Fish LSD Test. The nonlinear regression function between dissolved oxygen and oxygen consumption rate is MO2 = 268. 24- 300. 24 )〈 e-1 4SXDO (R2= 0. 965). From high dissolved oxygen to low dissolved oxygen, the oxygen consumption rate remains stable; and then decreases slowly; at last, it decreases rapidly till suffocation point, which indicates they are oxyregulators. The critical dissolved oxygen is (2.5±0.5) mg/L. (3) K1/K2 that shows the capa- bility of maintaining consumption stable (hypoxia tolerance) is 0.82 in Schizothorax prenanti. This study will contribute to the theoretical requirement for cultivation and transportation of Schizothorax prenanti.
