汽油降烯烃催化剂表征及反应性能评价

摘    要:采用改性超细ZSM-5沸石基分子筛催化剂处理高烯DCC汽油可使烯烃体积分数降低46%,苯体积分数降低66%,同时保持辛烷值不降低;处理后油品各项指标完全满足国家标准的要求.该催化剂具有良好的运转稳定性和再生反应性能,有良好的工业应用前景.

Abstract:To reduce the high olefin DCC content in gasoline, a new modified superfine zeolitic catalyst ZSM-5 is developed. It can decrease the volume fraction of olefin and benzene by 46% and 66% respectively, and can make gasoline meet the GB requirements. Meanwhile, the RON of gasoline can be held, and the catalyst shows good durability and regeneration reactivity.
