现代职业网球运动员比赛中能量代谢特征及其对训练的指导意义

摘    要:主要通过文献资料法、测试法、访谈法,系统研究了职业网球比赛中三大能量供应系统的特征及其对日常训练的指导性,结果表明现代职业网球比赛中供能是以磷酸原为主,糖酵解为辅,有氧为基础;比赛中所需的三大能量系统指明了训练的方向,但不宜作为制定训练计划的时间依据。

Abstract:By using literature,testing and visiting,the paper discussed the character of the three energy metabolize in the profession tennis match and the guidance in the Training. The result indicated the phosphate system is primary,the lactic acid system is subsidiary and the oxygen system is groundwork in the energy system of the profession tennis match,and it indicates the direction of the training,whereas it inadvisable become the time evidence in establishing the training scheme.
