连杆机构输入扭矩的综合平衡

摘    要:本文提出的积分消去法用于平衡机构的输入扭矩,可同时平衡由惯性、重力和摩擦等因素引起输入扭矩的波动,故实现了输入扭矩的综合平衡,使输入扭矩平衡理论更切合实际。这特别适合于质量较大而转速不很高的重型机械的动力平衡。通过对七杆摆式飞剪这一实际机械进行输入扭矩综合平衡,可使输入扭矩波动值去掉了80%以上,最大值减小了54%以上。

Abstract:A new method, on balancing input torques of linkages, calleg the method of integration and elimination(MIE) is introduced in this paper. The fluctuation part of the friction torque can be separated by the method. Thus, not only the inertia input torque can be balanced, but also the fluctuations caused by gravity and friction can be simultaneously balanced. This makes the theory on balancing inpnt torques closer to practice. This is especially suitable to balance the power of the heavy equipment with greater mass and moderate velocity. A seven-bar linkage is taken as an example. The method of synthesizing a two-link dyad is adopted to balance the fluctuation of the input torque. The fluctuation value is reduced by more than 80% and its maximum absolute value is decreased by more than 54% after balancing.
