自冲铆接工艺的研究及改进措施

摘    要:采用3种不同尺寸的半空心铆钉,对4种不同材质、不同厚度的板料进行了自冲铆接试验;提供了铆接过程中的力一行程试验曲线和铆接的单位成形力,并进行了分析;展示出铆接试验结果;在分析影响铆接质量的诸因素的基础上,对铆钉和凹模的设计提出了量化指标和改进方案.

Abstract:This paper describes self-piercing riveting tests carried out with half-hollow rivets of three specifications with four kinds of plates of different materials and thicknesses.The load-stroke curves and unit riveting force in riveting were obtained and analyzed.Experimental results were presented.On the basis of analysing factors effecting on quality of riveting,quantized standard and being improved schemes regarding the design of rivets and die were prospected.
