微量超氧化物歧化酶邻苯三酚/Vc测活法

摘    要:在Vc终止剂法的基础上 ,邻苯三酚的加入量由终浓度2mmol/L降低为0.05mmol/L ,并提高反应溶液的 pH值至8.6 ,从而提高了SOD活力测定的灵敏度。使用本方法在SOD样品最大加入量1mL时 ,最低可检测到3.3×10-8 mol/(s·mL)SOD ,比Vc终止剂法灵敏度提高4倍。

Abstract:The sensitivity of pyrogallol/Vc method for SOD assay could be increased 4 times over the original one by reducing pyrogallol amount down to 0.05 mmol/L and increasing pH volume up to 8.6. When 1 mL sample was added to the reaction system, 3.3×10-8 mol/(s·mL) SOD can be detected.
