油田气深冷分离装置流程的计算机模拟计算

摘    要:对我国某公司引进的一台油田气深冷分离装置进行了全流程的计算机模拟计算。以实际标定数据为基础,运用专业流程模拟软件进行计算。结果表明,除了脱甲烷塔底产品中C_1与C_2分子比偏低和塔底温度偏高外,其它主要参数的计算值与流程的设计值相吻合。

Abstract:The simulating computation of process flow of a cryogenic separator for oilfield gas was carried out with a special program, based on the operating data. It shows that the computation results of most parameters are in good agreement with the designed values except that the bottom temperature indemethanizer is some larger and the molar ratio of methane to ethane in the bottom products is some smaller than the operating data.
