泵段与泵装置能量特性曲线关系探讨

摘    要:研究泵段与泵装置之间扬程曲线、功率曲线、效率曲线的关系,重点分析了泵段与泵装置效率之间的差异与联系,包括两者之间的大小关系及其发展趋势.研究表明,泵装置最高效率点位于泵段最高效率点的左下方,同一流量下前者效率要高于后者,且随着流量的增加,两者效率之差越来越大.实例表明,理论推导与试验结果吻合得较好.

Abstract:The characteristic curves of discharge vs head,power and efficiency between pump and pump-unit are studied.The diversity and relation included the relationship of magnitude and the trend between pump and pump-unit are analyzed specially.It is found that the best efficiency of pump-unit locates below that of pump on the left.Comparing with the efficiency of the pump-unit,that of the pump is higher as the same volume of flow.And the bigger the volume of flow,the bigger the difference of the efficiency between pump and pump-unit.Examples show that the theoretical derivation is well accordance with the test results.
