基因表达式程序设计在复杂函数自动建模中的应用

摘    要:基因表达式程序设计是一种新的自适应演化算法,该算法已经应用到许多领域中,并且取得了起好的效果。通过对适应度函数的有效设计以及函数集的有效选取,引入新的常数创建方法。将基因表达式程序设计运用于复杂函数的自动建模中,并把所建立的模型用于预测分析。通过仿真实验表明:用此方法所建立的模型比传统的最小二乘法、神经网络以及遗传程序设计等方法具有更好的性能。最后对该算法的应用前景作了简要分析。

Abstract:Gene expression programming(GEP)is a new adaptive evolutionary algorithm,which has been used in many fields and has good performances.Some new ideas,such as how to select the fitness function and the function set and introduce a new method to create the constants were proposed.This algorithm was used to solve the automatic modeling of the complex functions and then the projects were predicted according to this model.Through some simulated experiments,the results indicate that the models show good performances versus the conventional methods,such as least square method,neural networks,genetic programming and so on.
